1. What ListLume does
ListLume is software that uses artificial intelligence to generate real estate marketing copy — including MLS descriptions, social media captions, emails, and SMS — from property details you provide.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use ListLume for a brokerage or team, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Your account
You're responsible for your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
We offer paid plans and/or one-time credit packs as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a set number of generations to your account. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we don't store your full card details.

You're responsible for ensuring your listings comply with all MLS rules and applicable laws in your market.
7. AI-generated content — read this
ListLume produces draft copy using AI. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or language that is inaccurate or non-compliant. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every piece of content before you publish or submit it — including checking for fair-housing compliance, MLS accuracy, and factual correctness about the property. ListLume does not guarantee that any output is accurate, compliant, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Ownership
You keep all rights to the property details you enter and to the final content you publish. We keep all rights to the ListLume platform, software, branding, and design. We may use de-identified, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
9. Third-party services
ListLume relies on third-party providers for hosting, our database, payment processing, and AI text generation. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements.
11. Limitation of liability
